Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine preventive maintenance and necessary repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. 
• Inspection and Monitoring: Perform regular rounds and inspections of building equipment and systems, logging operational data. 
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with various building systems and equipment. 
• Carpentry and General Repairs: Handle basic carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks as directed. 
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all corporate and facility safety procedures. 
• Coordination: Work with other technicians, contractors, and departments on maintenance and renovation projects.
