Staff4Me is seeking a dedicated and skilled Network Engineer (Tier 3) to join our growing team. With a competitive package of £45,000, this role is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in network engineering. As a Tier 3 Network Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with other IT teams to ensure effective network performance and security.

}- Provide expert-level support for network infrastructure, managing incidents and troubleshooting issues

.- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network configurations and architecture

.- Monitor network performance using various tools, ensuring optimal functionality and uptime

.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network projects and upgrades

.- Document network designs, configurations, and procedures to maintain accurate and updated records

.- Participate in network maintenance and upgrade projects, minimizing downtime and disruption

.- Stay current with the latest networking trends, technologies, and best practices

.- Train and guide junior engineers, providing them with support and mentorship

s- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering

.- Strong knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs

.- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and practices

.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

.- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are preferred
