岗位职责
- 基于 OpenClaw 框架设计并落地公司内部AI工具。
- 使用 OpenClaw 构建 Agent 工作流与自动化执行链路。
- 设计结构化 Prompt 与多轮任务执行逻辑。
- 对接公司内部系统，实现业务流程自动化。
- 优化模型稳定性、执行效率与成本控制。
- 负责 OpenClaw 相关模块的维护与迭代升级。
任职要求
- 熟悉 OpenClaw 框架的使用与底层逻辑。
- 有基于 OpenClaw 构建 Agent 或工作流的实际项目经验。
- 理解 Prompt 结构设计、任务拆解与输出控制。
- 熟悉大模型 API 调用与参数调优。
- 熟练使用 Python 或 Node.js。
- 能独立完成从需求拆解到系统落地的全过程。

- 有 RAG 体系建设经验。
- 有内部效率工具或自动化系统建设经验。
- 有模型多平台适配经验。
- 有成本优化或性能调优经验。
