Description

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Perform data entry and update databases with accurate information
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintain office supplies and order new stock as needed
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • At least HS Graduate
  • At least 20 to 32 years old
  • Familiar with MS Office and has basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to report in Mandaluyong City
