What you'll be doing

1. Providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various digital channels such as email, chat, and social media
2. Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
3. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
6. Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

1. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
2. Associate /College graduate + Atleast 3 months CFE experience
3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
4. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to effectively support customers
5. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or e-commerce role, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
7. A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement
