工作职责：
1、 对用户活跃和交易等核心数据负责，能根据公司经营目标，不断更新迭代沉淀出有效的用户增长模型
2、制定运营活动数据指标，并调整运营活动策略，协调内部资源，确保活动顺利进行
3、深入理解产品功能及特点，并对业务团队反馈的需求和问题提炼优化建议，分析用户行为，提升产品使用体验。
4、 维护和管理线上社群，提升用户活跃度和参与度，制定和执行社群活动计划，分析用户需求，优化社群运营策略。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，毕业于985或211院校。
- 至少互联网行业运营实习经验，能使用Axure、Xmind等策划产品原型和梳理业务逻辑。
- 优秀的英语听说读写能力，英语六级以上，能够进行日常工作交流。
- 具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作能力，极强的抗压能力，有好胜心和自我驱动力。
- 具有较强的数据分析能力和问题解决能力，了解互联网运营模式，具有创新思维和执行力。
