職務内容：
1. ユーザーの活性化や取引等の主要データに責任を持ち、会社の経営目標に基づいて、常に有効なユーザー成長モデルを更新・改善していくこと。
2. 運営活動のデータ指標を策定し、運営戦略を調整するとともに、社内リソースの調整を行い、活動が円滑に進行することを確実にすること。
3. 製品の機能や特徴を深く理解し、業務チームからのフィードバックに基づくニーズや課題に対して改善提案をまとめ、ユーザーの行動を分析し、製品の使用体験の向上に努めること。
4. オンラインコミュニティの維持管理を行い、ユーザーの活性化および参加率の向上を図るとともに、コミュニティ活動計画を策定・実行し、ユーザーのニーズを分析しながらコミュニティ運営戦略の最適化を進めること。
