岗位职责：
1、围绕获客、转化、活跃和营收增长，制定活动运营策略和活动规划；
2、结合功能业务策划并执行平台活动，达成用户参与度和活跃度的持续提升；
3、对接协作部门和接口，跟进活动运营全流程，保障活动运营效能；
4、对活动效果和活动数据结果负责，持续对活动方案和活动链路进行复盘和优化；
5、关注行业动态，创新活动形式，提升用户体验；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、金融等相关专业优先；
2、3年以上活动策划运营经验，对活动创意、活动管理有丰富经验；
3、优秀的沟通协调能力，能够跨部门合作；
4、具备数据分析能力，能够根据数据优化迭代活动方案和运营效果；
5、创新思维，能够根据市场变化调整活动策略。
加分项：
1、有CEX用户运营背景优先；
需要有独立负责整个业务的经验，或者有成熟的运营思维
