Job Description
社區運營
基於Discord、TG等常見運營渠道，負責開發者社區的搭建、管理與運營，根據不同階段目標搭建社區架構與工具體系；（如身份驗證、角色設置、頻道權限、產品植入等bot）。對社區用戶的人數、活躍度與轉化率負責，深刻了解用戶輿情，維護用戶口碑；
制定開發者社區運營的整體框架與機制，策劃活躍社區的原創活動，引導用戶關注及自傳播，擴大社區影響力；
成為TinTinLand與開發者用戶之間的橋樑，保持團隊與社區間的信息暢通，整理用戶反饋及輿論形成數據，從而分析用戶的核心訴求；
負責為開發者社區策劃全球化營銷活動，並促使他們對開發者社區的好感得到提升、活躍意願增強，與更多Web3.0生態項目、社區、高校及其他相關方建立關係並推動開發者用戶發展。
跟蹤和分析Web3開發者社區的用戶數據和市場趨勢，及時調整社區運營策略和活動方案。
