職位職責：
1.根據公司業務發展需要，負責交易平台合約業務整體運營體系搭建；
2.負責合約用戶體系的搭建，用戶的拉新、轉化留存，平台用戶社群運營；
3.平台合約活動的策劃、實施及效果評估；
4.負責合約產品的優化，與產品和技術部門對接，進行進度把控及功能實現；
5.負責合約運營團隊的組建及日常溝通協調等管理工作。
6.對數據敏感，通過運營數據來制定運營策略。
