  • 监督客户服务团队的日常运营,确保效率和高质量的服务交付。
  • 制定并实施策略,以改善整体运营绩效,并实现客户满意度(CSAT)、服务水平协议(SLA)、平均处理时间(AHT)和首次解决率(FCR)等关键绩效指标。
  • 监控和分析关键绩效指标,识别改进领域。

  • 确保遵守公司政策、客户要求和行业规定。
  • 推动持续改进举措,以优化流程、降低成本和提高生产力。
  • 与客户合作,了解他们的需求,解决问题,并确保服务期望得以满足。
  • 与质量保证和培训团队紧密合作,以提升代理的表现和客户满意度。
  • 管理人力资源规划、员工招聘和排班,以符合业务需求。
