1. Participate in formulating the exchange's operational strategy, and develop operational policies, comprehensive operational strategies, and plans based on the operational strategy;

2. Develop effective operational plans and strategies to enhance user conversion and retention while reducing user churn for different types of users, and coordinate with relevant departments to promote the implementation of these plans;

3. Formulate project operational plans;

4. Collect the latest information from domestic and international industries, and make corresponding adjustments to the market operational environment, goals, and plans on a regular basis;

5. Manage the company's brand based on market conditions and peers;

6. Responsible for connecting and maintaining existing cooperative channels of the exchange;

7. Based on the positioning and overall strategy of the exchange, formulate and implement phased promotional plans, programs, and budgets, and assist the company in developing online platform customer acquisition resources and channels, being accountable for the growth of exchange customers and business development;

8. Compile data from various platforms for analysis and propose reasonable recommendations; provide strategic opinions.

1. Possess a keen business and market awareness, with excellent resource integration and project advancement capabilities;

2. Strong planning and coordination skills, good communication and collaboration abilities, and extensive team-building experience;

3. Over 5 years of work experience in the relevant field;

4. Good verbal and written communication skills;

5. Must have a background in a similar position at an exchange, and English must be used as a working language.
