Job Description
岗位职责
1.负责U卡产品的日常运营管理，包括用户增长、留存及活跃度优化；
2.协调上下游合作伙伴（银行、支付机构、商户端等），保障业务顺畅进行；
3.处理客户咨询与问题反馈，协助客服团队提升服务质量与响应效率；
4.分析运营数据，制定并执行用户激励与营销策略；
5.协同技术与产品部门，推动新功能上线及体验优化；
6.参与季度活动策划及跨部门项目执行。
任职要求
·曾在U卡公司/金融支付/虚拟卡/银行卡发行方工作过，熟悉卡类产品业务流程；
·了解支付清结算、用户认证、风控流程等基本运营逻辑；
·具备良好的沟通协调能力，能独立处理多方关系与突发问题；
·有客服或运营管理经验者优先；
·中英文沟通能力良好，能适应远程协作工作制。
薪资待遇
·月薪：20，000—30，000RMB（视经验而定)
