Department: Investment Research Department Responsibilities: Strategic Planning • Define and execute the overall operational strategy for the platform’s copy-trading system, with a core focus on mainstream tokens and high-leverage contracts, designing a differentiated go-to-market approach. Trader Ecosystem Development (Supply-Side Operations) • Identify, recruit, contract, and retain high-quality contract traders, particularly KOLs and community leaders proficient in high-leverage, short-term strategies. • Design and implement incentive programs, ranking systems, and growth plans to continually boost trader engagement and performance. • Maintain ongoing, in-depth communication with traders to gather product feedback and drive feature optimizations. User Growth & Engagement (Demand-Side Operations) • Plan and execute a variety of copy-trading promotional campaigns—such as “Copy-Trading Insurance Plan” and “Contract Challenge Camp”—to increase user adoption, trading volume, and stickiness. • Leverage data analytics to uncover user copy-trading behaviors, optimizing trader displays, recommendation algorithms, and the overall user experience. Content & Community Integration • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to transform top traders’ insights and strategies into premium materials (e.g., market analyses, live trade reviews) and distribute via community channels and social media, reinforcing the platform’s professional brand in high-leverage contract copy trading. Data-Driven Analysis & Review • Establish and maintain a core data monitoring framework for the copy-trading segment—tracking metrics such as trader count, copying user count, daily trading volume and share, user P&L, etc.—and conduct regular retrospectives to inform product and strategy iterations. Qualifications: Required Experience • 1–3 years of operations experience at a cryptocurrency exchange; copy-trading, brokerage, or community operations experience preferred. • Deep hands-on experience in crypto derivatives trading, with a thorough understanding of leverage, margin, liquidation, take-profit/stop-loss mechanisms, and ongoing tracking of mainstream tokens. • Proven track record of building operations frameworks from the ground up or independently leading critical operations projects.
