Description

  1. Serve as the primary contact for OTC clients, providing timely assistance via email and online chat.
  2. Resolve customer issues and disputes promptly and effectively, escalating complex cases to relevant teams as necessary.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, and Technical Support to address customer issues and enhance service quality.
  4. Guide clients in purchasing, selling, and transferring cryptocurrencies on our platform, offering insights and support as needed.


Requirements

  1. Fluent communication in both Chinese and English
  2. Strong business acumen, able to grasp basic business operations after training. Knowledge and experience in finance is preferred;
  3. Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
  4. Good communication skills, strong expression ability, approachable, hardworking, and able to perform well under pressure;
