• Problem diagnosis, rectification, preventive, and corrective maintenance of aircon units.
• Installation of new or replacement aircon units.
• Helps other facilities work when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Problem diagnosis and rectification of air-conditioning units of NTC and APEC Schools.
• Preventive, corrective maintenance, and installation of new or replacement air-conditioning units.
• Assist on Civil, Mechanical, Plumbing & Carpentry work when needed Conduct inspection and costing of the necessary materials.
Knows how to assemble and dismantle scaffolding.
Create the necessary report after the rendered services.
Make sure to take care Property issued equipment and tools.
• Assist on outside school activities/programs.
• An active member of the Emergency Response Team.

• Must be at least secondary school or vocational school graduate
• Minimum of 2-year expereince as multi-skilled AC Technician
• With related TESDA Training Certificate
• Knowledge in aircon installation & trouble-shooting
• With minimal software & typing skills
