Job Description
- Support the registrar of the senior high school and provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation in the office of the senior high school registrar, ensure applicant's records and documents are complete, up to date, and systematically maintained to facilitate quick reference as needed, and efficiently respond to specific request for specific documents, maintains accurate records and preparation for admissions related lists and reports
- Computer secretarial graduate
- Willing to work under pressure
- Typing and encoding PEAC and LIS
- Handling correspondence
- Answer and log phone calls in a timely and proper manner
- Maintaining the calendar of both administrators and keeping them updated
- enforces government and schools' regulations regarding entrance requirements, enrolment, and subject sequence
