The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. This role involves taking orders, preparing food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Service Crew members are expected to work as a team, follow company standards, and deliver a positive dining experience to every guest.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining, kitchen, and work areas.
• Refill supplies and maintain stock levels throughout the shift.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

• Education: At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is an advantage but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders.
