About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Specialist with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital agency. In this role, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms to achieve measurable results for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven strategies and creative solutions that maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Tiktok and other platforms.
- Develop strategies tailored to client goals, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Optimization & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.) to optimize and improve outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management:
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize impact and minimize waste.
- Provide accurate forecasting and financial oversight for client accounts.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights for internal and client-facing stakeholders.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and platform-specific dashboards to interpret data.
- Client Collaboration:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client campaign updates and strategy discussions.
- Communicate complex data and strategies in a clear, actionable way.
- Trends & Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in paid media, industry best practices, and algorithm updates.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and implement cutting-edge techniques to enhance client success.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Tiktok and other advertising platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Technical Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
- Creative Thinking: Demonstrated ability to create compelling ad copy
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to clients and stakeholders. Fluent in English is a MUST.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.
Preferred Qualities:
- Prior experience working with e-commerce or B2B clients.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and tools like DV360.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing and paid media innovation.
