  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
  • Select and mix paints to achieve desired colors and finishes.
  • Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Maintain tools and equipment properly.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in client services, spray gun operation, color coordination, paint mixing, and matching. Attention to detail is essential.
  • Working Conditions: May involve working indoors and outdoors, with exposure to paint fumes and noise.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, good vision, creativity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
