Description

The ideal candidate will provide support in both human resources management and legal compliance, ensuring that company policies and processes adhere to labor laws and regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.


  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining HR-related contracts, policies, and legal documents.
  • Support HR in employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor and employment laws.
  • Conduct research on labor codes, government regulations, and company legal obligations.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Maintain and organize confidential employee records and legal files.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence for HR and legal matters.
  • Provide guidance to HR staff on legal and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, or related field (Juris Doctor or equivalent preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, legal assistance, or paralegal work.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, employment standards, and HR compliance.
  • Strong communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and employees..
