Requirements

  • Experience Level: 2-3 years of experience in a professional bakery or restaurant.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in baking techniques, creativity in dessert presentation, and knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, manage inventory, and ensure quality control.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment; may require early mornings and weekends.
