Description
- Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and confections.
- Follow recipes and maintain high standards of quality.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
- Decorate pastries for visual appeal.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely service.
- Stay updated on new baking techniques and trends.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in baking techniques, pastry presentation, and time management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare, bake, and present pastries; maintain cleanliness and adhere to health standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced bakery setting; requires standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, teamwork, and a passion for baking.
