- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, tarts, and breads.
- Follow recipes and maintain quality standards for all baked goods.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production demands.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field. Fresh grad is welcome to apply.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in pastry baking or bakery operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong coffee knowledge, upselling skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare a variety of pastries, ensure consistency in quality, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced bakery environment, with flexibility in working hours including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a passion for baking.
