Core Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for connecting with local payment channels (banks, wallets, third-party payments)
2. Cooperate with payment companies such as DLocal, Flutterwave, and Stripe
3. Research how to reduce the payment costs of P2P transactions and minimize fraud risks

Required skills:

1. Familiar with cross-border payment and P2P payment systems
2. Possess resources in the payment industry and able to connect with companies such as DLocal, Payoneer, and WorldRemit
3. Knowledgeable in risk control and KYC mechanisms to prevent regulatory bans
4. Experience in market expansion for both B2B and B2C sectors
5. User growth operations, achieving user growth and conversion through community engagement, activities, fission strategies, and data analysis
6. Preferably a peripheral figure from a large Internet company
7. Experience in the Indian market is required
