Description
- Process payroll accurately and timely for employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and handle payroll inquiries.
- Assist in preparing reports and payroll reconciliations.
- Collaborate with HR to update and manage employee data.
- Support audits and implement payroll improvements.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in payroll processing or HR functions.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, strong discretion, excellent communication skills, and HR consulting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll, maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and assist in HR operations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality.
