Position: Payroll Supervisor

Company Industry: IT Company

Work Location: Ortigas Pasig (1602 POSTAL CODE)

Work Schedule: Midshift

Salary: PHP 45,000 - Php 52,000  

Work Set Up: Work on site


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including regular payroll, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

Review and validate timesheets, work hours, and leave records to ensure payroll accuracy.

Ensure that payroll is processed according to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Supervise and provide guidance to payroll staff, ensuring compliance with payroll policies.

Train and mentor payroll team members on best practices, software use, and regulatory updates.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • With at least 4+ years of payroll experience
  • with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • With at least have work experience from a BPO company.
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plus
  • With experience in laws, tax regulations, and payroll systems is advantage
