The main responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, providing product information, assisting with the ordering process, and ensuring every customer has a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience.

• You will actively handle incoming chats, follow up on payments, confirm orders, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery. Additionally, you will also assist in professionally addressing customer complaints and recording every transaction or daily activity in a simple report.

Requirements:

• Female or male, maximum age of 27 years
• Minimum education of high school or equivalent
• Familiar with using WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other online platforms
• Communicative, patient, and friendly in serving customers
• Able to type quickly and respond promptly to chats
• Detail-oriented, agile, and capable of multitasking
• Willing to work in a team and accustomed to daily targets
• Experience as an online admin is a plus, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply!
