The P&C Manager (Consultant) is responsible for leading people, organization, culture, and change initiatives to support business objectives. The role serves as a strategic advisor on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

Job Scope:

• Analyze workforce trends, business goals, and industry benchmarks to develop long-term talent strategies.
• Work with business leaders to anticipate staffing needs, succession planning, and critical skill development.
• Implement workforce analytics to forecast hiring needs, attrition risks, and skills gaps.
• Lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, structure, and culture.
• Drive change management strategies to support business transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
• Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent while ensuring an efficient and seamless hiring process.
• Enhance employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record in strategic workforce planning, change management, and organizational development.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
