This job will have multiple parts

• Customer service: we are in need of an excellent English language and American style written communicator. All interactions with clients are via text or email. You will need to work with the various systems and team members to answer existing customer questions and to help them as needed. Most customers are parents of young children so being a mom is helpful!
• Lead Support: timely and accurate response and follow up on leads that come in through ads or website. We are aggressively growing our client base. You will need to become familiar with the teachers to correctly help new students identify a great teacher for them
• Attention to detail: Learning and understanding our process, helping to improve the process with the office manager and lots of other tasks as they come up.  if you want to be considered for this job, please make the subject of your communication be “Yes, I want this job”. This job will change as your skills and knowledge improve as well as the leadership’s confidence in your ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately
• On-site Admin Support: This will include offline work to set up new clients, look up and communicate information to existing clients and managing clients who are leaving. This may also include reviewing correspondence from the previous day to ensure it is accurate. The onsite admins are doing multiple things at once and we need someone to check on the accuracy of what they send out.

• Having some understanding of the performing arts is a plus+
