Personal Assistant to Social Media Influencer

Location: [Hybrid in Marikina, Pasig, Quezon City area]

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a social media influencer with their growing online presence. This hybrid role blends administrative excellence with social media management to help grow the influencer's brand and engage their audience.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal assistant or administrative roles is required.

Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and communication with different brands, restaurants, suppliers, ad agencies and partner production team
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as managing diaries, schedules and facilitating meetings
  • Handle project coordination, and general communications either via phone, email and other messaging apps.
  • Accompany and provide support on TV shoots, brand shoots and other events.
  • Availability for weekend work and irregular hours for shoots and events is negotiable.
  • Provide reports on social media performance, including growth and engagement metrics, and other presentations if needed
  • Basic Excel proficiency is required for data analysis and social media reporting.
  • Organize office assets, such as files and project data
  • Take on additional personal tasks and errands as needed for the Social Media Influencer

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in social media or influencer management
  • With experience in social media and digital content
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to switch gears and adapt to changes as priorities pivot
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to take initiative
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Facebook.
  • Creative mindset and ability to assist with content ideation.
  • Has discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Has technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, CapCut or other design tools and video editing apps
