Variance Trading Corporation is urgently looking for an Inventory Pharmacist

Requirements:

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Pharmacy and a Registered Pharmacist
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulatory policies and warehousing standards
• Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems (SAP System)
• Highly organized and can work under pressure
• Must be a registered pharmacist

Description:

• Responsible for processing the Receiving Report in a timely manner to maintain accurate inventory and location standards. Ensure that receiving has corresponding documents such as packing lists, delivery receipts, and/or supplier invoices.
• Unpacks and examines newly arrived items/materials. Prepare Product Evaluation Report (PER) for items with discrepancies or damages and report to the Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager for coordination with the Local/International Purchaser.
• Investigates negative and positive parts variances based on receiving, encoding, issuances, picking, dispatching, and processing of good return parts encountered, and reports directly to the Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager.
• Sends updated receiving files to all functional departments via email in a timely manner.
• Checks physical condition and expiry dates of medicines delivered to the warehouse.
• Ensures that the physical condition of the warehouse complies with standard requirements.
• Responsible for re-labeling parts, client tagging based on Purchase Order, stacking, storing, and locating items in the appropriate area according to established procedures.
• Prepares daily and monthly Receiving Reports for submission to the Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager.
• In-charge of processing Stock Transfer Requests (STRs).
• Back-up Inventory Assistant – Demo Coordinator, WH Admin for STR processing, and back-up for Inventory Assistant – Demo Coordinator except for PDR receiving, processing, and returns.
