Carlcare Service is currently hiring Cellphone Technicians! Earn ₱18,000 to ₱23,000.


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to the consumer electronics field (handheld phone).
  • Ability to diagnose hardware and software problems efficiently.
  • Experience with repairing and maintaining technical equipment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems for managing customer inquiries and technical support requests.

Customer Service Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers’ concerns while providing effective solutions.
  • Patience and attentiveness when addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
