PHP Development Engineer Fluent in Chinese; capable of using it as a working language. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain core modules such as trade matching, fund management, and the risk control engine. - Participate in system requirements analysis and architecture design, leading the design and implementation of PHP core code. - Optimize system architecture and performance to ensure high availability, high performance, and scalability of business systems. - Drive backend architecture upgrades and refactoring to improve system stability and development efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-language backend teams (Java/Golang) on interface integration and system coordination. - Write high-quality, maintainable code; participate in code reviews and continuous integration. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 5 years of backend development experience. - Proficient in PHP and mainstream frameworks; experienced with Swoole-based frameworks (e.g., Hyperf). - Familiarity or proficiency with the Java backend tech stack (Spring Boot/Cloud, MyBatis, Redis, Kafka, MySQL, Nacos, RocketMQ, Netty, etc.), with cross-language collaboration skills. - Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture, with mastery of common design patterns and development principles. - Experience in designing and optimizing high-concurrency, high-availability systems, with troubleshooting experience. - Proficient in database design and optimization (MySQL, Redis, etc.); familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus. - Preferred experience in exchange platforms, blockchain, or fintech system development. - Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and team collaboration spirit. - Experience in Java or Golang development is preferred but not limited to these languages.
