- Efficiently pick and pack products for distribution.
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Handle returns and damaged items appropriately.
- Report discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Fast learner, adaptable, and willingness to learn new processes.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment; potentially standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a team.
