Description
- Develop and manage production schedules to optimize workflow.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Analyze production data for efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between production and management teams.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in Operations Management, Planning, Project Management, Process Improvement, and Scheduling.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop production schedules, optimize workflows, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential exposure to plant operations.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
