  • Develop and manage project schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate with project teams to assess resource needs.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management review.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in PRIMAVERA P6; strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop project schedules, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits; may involve travel.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication skills, and teamwork capabilities.
