Description
- Supervise pool activities and ensure safety regulations are met.
- Monitor pool cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
- Assist guests with pool-related queries and concerns.
- Enforce pool rules and maintain a secure environment.
- Perform regular inspections and maintain accurate logs.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary.
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in hospitality or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor environment, often in varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
