Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership

• Develop and implement data-driven Amazon PPC strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all Amazon advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, and operations) to align PPC efforts with overall business goals.

Team Leadership & Training

• Lead and mentor a team of PPC specialists, ensuring they are equipped with the latest industry knowledge.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s expertise in Amazon PPC, keyword research, and bidding strategies.
• Establish workflows and best practices to improve team efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Campaign Management & Performance Analysis

• Set up, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI.

Keyword Research & Optimization

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing search terms.
• Monitor keyword trends and adjust bids and targeting accordingly.
• Optimize product listings for better PPC performance and organic rankings.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns with a strong track record of success.
• Expertise in Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon DSP, and third-party PPC tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Experience in leading and training a team of PPC specialists.
• Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
