BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is looking for a DESIGN ENGINEER - Process/Piping (6-Mos. Project-based)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepares design for the Process and Piping scope of the projects.
• Develops cost-effective design layouts based on construction specifications and requirements.
• Determines project specifications by studying & preparing process/piping product design, customer requirements, and performance standards by completing technical studies and preparing bill of materials/quantities (BOM/BOQ).
• Considers compliance with applicable gov’t, industry and client codes, practices, QA/QC policies, safety policies, performance standards and specifications when developing process & piping designs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Reviews project plan and determine the design feasibilities and constraints.
• Delivers Process & Piping Miscellaneous calculations efficiently & effectively manages multiple tasks independently in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provides necessary sketches & guidance to CAD operators or drafting team & verify requirements are reflected in the design.
• Provides support in the evaluation of raised TQ/TD by vendors.
• Sign off Process and Piping drawings and calculations, especially on gov't permit applications.
• Ensures the integrity of QMS is maintained
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.

Other Details:

• Work Schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM - Monday to Saturday
• Work Location: Full on-site in Tabangao, Batangas

• Graduate of Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably Licensed Chemical or Mechanical Engineer
• With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Design & Engineering works.
• Must have at least 3 years of Oil & Gas experience
• Proficiency with design software, such as Autodesk Software, SP3D/PDMS/Plant 3D, CAESAR/Auto PIPE, Aspen and AFT Fathom.
