• Provides technical expertise on engineering and improvement projects.
• Analyzing process data to identify areas of improvement.
• Investigating and resolving quality problems, developing countermeasures, and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Implementing process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality performance.
• Preparing technical reports and other project documentation.
• Providing support to Engineers and team members for the root cause analysis and implementation of improvement activities and evaluations.
• Conduct and spearhead meetings if there are any abnormalities or concerns that need to be discussed within the team and/or with other sections.
• Provide a plan and/or activity that will improve the process.

• Engineering graduate, preferably in Industrial Engineering
• With at least 7 years of solid working experience as a Process or Improvement Engineer
• With an excellent background in handling projects and improvements
• Can start immediately
