  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years experience).
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable working in engineering environment with potential exposure to machinery and wastewater treatment plant.
  • Hands-on experience in wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) operations, maintenance, or design is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of biological, chemical, and physical treatment processes (e.g., MBBR, SBR, DAF, aeration systems, clarification, sludge handling).
  • Proven ability to interpret and analyze water quality data (BOD, COD, TSS, pH, O&G, etc.) and optimize treatment processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in team supervision, preventive maintenance planning, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills for effective coordination with management, suppliers, and clients.
  • Knowledgeable in DENR/environmental regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Familiar with safety protocols, confined space entry, and chemical handling procedures.
