Description

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
  • Monitor and control production parameters to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in CAD software, and knowledge of process optimization techniques.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing sites.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, and excellent communicator.
