1. User Product Planning
Responsible for the end-to-end user experience of YPT’s customer-facing products (mobile app and HTML5), covering key journeys such as onboarding, account opening, U-Card issuance, top-up/withdrawal, crypto payments, billing, risk control flows, and KYC.
2. Requirements Analysis & Design
Develop a deep understanding of user scenarios and pain points, break down business objectives, and deliver high-quality product requirement documents, flowcharts, and wireframes.
3. Data-Driven Growth
Continuously optimize user experience and business KPIs (LTV, retention, conversion rates, funnel metrics, ARPU) to increase user activation, engagement, and transaction volume.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive product development from ideation through launch.
5. Project Management
Oversee product roadmaps, sprint planning, progress tracking, release readiness, and quality assurance to ensure stable, reliable product rollouts.
6. User Research
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests, then translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
Job Specification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems or a related field, with 3+ years of product management experience in Internet, fintech, or payment industries.
2. Experience in any of the following areas is a strong plus: user growth, payment flows, identity verification/KYC, virtual cards/U-Cards, Web3 payments, or cross-border transactions.
3. Strong data acumen; proficient in event tracking, analytics platforms, SQL, and A/B testing to inform product decisions.
4. Ability to break down complex business problems into clear, actionable product solutions.
5. Keen focus on product quality and user experience, with strong aesthetic judgment and product intuition.
6. Highly accountable and execution-driven; comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments and collaborating with distributed, cross-border teams.
