Wallet Product Manager

【Job Responsibilities】

Responsible for the overall planning, roadmap development, and version management of decentralized wallet products, including core functions such as account systems, asset management, transaction modules, DApp support, on-chain interactions, and security mechanisms.

Coordinate and promote collaboration between front-end (React Native / Flutter), back-end (Golang/Java), and contract development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and excellent user experience.

Continuously optimize product design based on user feedback and market trends, iterating on user interfaces, interaction processes, and performance metrics.

Plan and drive the design of module functions such as DApp aggregation entry, NFT display, DeFi integration, cross-chain bridging, and Swap within the wallet.

Produce product prototypes (using Axure/Figma), PRD documents, user flow diagrams, and lead requirements reviews.

Participate in the planning of security strategies, such as private key management, MPC, mnemonic phrase processes, secure interactions, and on-chain verification mechanisms, ensuring the security of user assets.

Research competitor products and industry trends, proposing differentiated innovative ideas to enhance product competitiveness.

【Job Requirements】

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Financial Technology, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience as a product manager in the web3 industry, with in-depth understanding and experience using at least one mainstream DEX wallet (such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Phantom, Rabby, etc.).

Familiarity with the principles of mainstream blockchain technology, EVM, transaction mechanisms, wallet systems, and on-chain interaction logic.

Ability to independently draft complete product requirement documents and product prototypes, possessing a certain level of user thinking and interaction design skills.

Familiar with the user scenarios of wallets, including transfers, authorizations, contract interactions, NFT displays, DeFi participation, etc.

Good technical comprehension skills, able to communicate smoothly with front-end and back-end developers, as well as smart contract developers.

Experience in project management, capable of coordinating resources across departments to drive efficient project implementation.

Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, attentive to changes in the Web3 ecosystem, willing to learn continuously and adapt quickly.

【Preferred Qualifications】

Experience in product design for decentralized wallets (such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, TokenPocket, and similar applications);

Familiar with Solidity / Web3.js / ethers.js;

Experience in planning digital asset security strategies (such as MPC, hardware wallet support, multi-signature schemes, etc.);

Experience managing token incentive mechanisms, DAO interactions, and on-chain governance related products;
