• Responsible for RWA product strategy and planning, developing the RWA product roadmap, and promoting asset on-chain solutions in conjunction with market demand and regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with technical teams, compliance departments, financial institutions, and third-party service providers to ensure product compliance and technical feasibility.
• Lead the entire product development process from requirement analysis, product design to launch iteration, optimizing user experience and liquidity solutions.
• Monitor global trends in the RWA sector, provide competitive analysis and differentiation strategies, and build relationships with partners.

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience as a financial product manager, with at least 2 years in the blockchain/RWA/digital asset domain, with successful implementation cases.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and compliance protocols, as well as traditional financial instruments and the Hong Kong financial regulatory framework.
• Highly sensitive to regulatory policies and capable of balancing innovation with compliance risks.
