Job Description Responsibilities: - Develop and execute wallet growth strategies centered on stablecoins and on-chain yield to drive increases in user base, total assets, and yield participation. - Forge deep partnerships with Layer-2 networks, public blockchains, DeFi protocols, RWA platforms, and stablecoin issuers to promote integrations and joint ecosystem development. - Design and implement user education and content campaigns that advocate self-custody finance principles and lower barriers for newcomers. - Manage and expand global communities (Discord, Telegram, X, etc.), cultivating networks of influencers and developers. - Leverage on-chain data and behavioral analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize user journeys and conversion funnels. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in Web3 growth, operations, or ecosystem business development; prior involvement with wallets, stablecoins, or DeFi projects is a plus. - Proficient with on-chain analytics tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Arkham) and adept at driving growth through data-driven insights. - Strong business development, partnership management, and community operations skills; familiar with global Web3 marketing and communications. - Passionate about stablecoins, self-custody finance, and decentralized ecosystems; highly goal-oriented with strong execution capabilities.
