Responsibilities 1. Familiarize yourself with the underlying product design of agency, finance, and account systems; focus on backend services, institutional user experience, and API design. 2. Collect internal and external product feedback and optimize product solutions through qualitative and quantitative analysis. 3. Monitor project progress and coordinate with development, design, marketing, and operations teams. 4. Analyze competitor products and industry trends, transforming valuable insights into product iteration plans. 5. Plan, organize, and deliver stable product features to trading users from a global perspective with an emphasis on user experience. Requirements 1. Up to 2 years of product experience in the digital currency industry, with proven familiarity in designing agency, finance, and account system products. 2. Strong product prototyping skills, solid UI/UX knowledge, and keen awareness of mid/back-office and data product design. 3. High data sensitivity, driving product decisions with a business-, product-, and user-centric approach. 4. Basic project management capabilities, able to handle multiple business lines simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery. 5. Proficiency in English as a working language, enabling seamless overseas collaboration. 6. Technical or financial product background preferred.
