- Supervise and lead production staff to ensure daily targets are met.
- Assign tasks and monitor work performance to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food handling standards.
- Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and manpower to minimize waste and downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Train and mentor production workers to improve skills and productivity.
- Prepare and submit reports on production output, issues, and recommendations.
- At least a Vocational, Technical, or Bachelor’s degree in any course.
- With previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations (experience in cold storage or food industry is an advantage).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and overtime if required.
