The Production Control Business Analyst I is a role that supports the Business Intelligence and Operations teams by collecting, analyzing, and organizing operational data to facilitate reporting and decision-making. This role is responsible for preparing reports, building dashboards, and providing administrative and analytical support for business meetings and planning activities. Working under clear guidance and using established procedures, the analyst develops foundational knowledge of business processes and contributes to the team's ability to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources to support operational reporting and decision-making
- Prepare and maintain standard operational reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and business trends.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing presentation materials for leadership reviews.
- Participate in team meetings and support the Business Intelligence team with data-related tasks and documentation.
- Apply existing procedures and tools to perform structured data analysis and solve routine problems.
- Develop a working knowledge of business operations, processes, and policies to support data accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate findings and updates clearly with team members and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of team and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent field or experience.
- 2 years of relevant experience in business operations, reporting, or data analysis preferred
- Basic knowledge of operational analysis and process improvement techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas) and PowerPoint; familiarity with Outlook and Word.
- Experience in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to follow structured procedures and meet reporting deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
